Graham is the co-founder of Breakout, an impact events company that takes innovators from around the country to growth markets to learn and partner with local leaders. Out of college he worked for a start-up content aggregator now known as PublishThis.com compiling sports links and generating foot traffic for the initial website SportsUltra.com. Two years later, Graham was introduced to a start-up media company in DC called Bisnow. Bisnow has been ranked as one of CRAINS NY fastest growing companies. Graham helped build a new retreat subsidiary within Bisnow, featuring the premier commercial real estate investors and developers in North America.

MICHAEL FARBER

CO-FOUNDER

Michael is the co-founder of Breakout, an impact events company that takes innovators from around the country to growth markets to learn and partner with local leaders. Cities thus far have included Miami, New Orleans, and Detroit. Previously, Michael was an SVP for Bisnow Media, the nation’s largest commercial real estate media company which in 2013 was ranked by CRAINS NY as the #12 fastest growing company. He also co-founded an exclusive C-level retreat subsidiary within Bisnow that featured the premier commercial real estate investors and developers in North America. He began his career as an analyst at Cushman & Wakefield.


MEGHAN HOLZHAUER

BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Jake is the director of business operations for Breakout and is responsible for the company's business development, public relations, and marketing activities.  As an award-winning filmmaker, he worked as a television producer for both Bloomberg News and Chris Wallace in Washington, D.C., and later oversaw the sales and marketing departments of the historic National Press Club and ran the club's iconic broadcast studios.  Jake is a proud Detroiter, University of Michigan alum and also has a masters from Georgetown University.
